Hi, I'm Eric John — owner of American Property Experts. I've been working on Twin Cities homes for 19 years, and I started this company because I believe every homeowner deserves a contractor who actually shows up, does the job right, and treats your property like it's their own.
I'm a perfectionist. That's not a marketing line — it's how I've always worked. I don't cut corners. I don't leave a mess. I don't disappear after the deposit. When I take on a job, I see it through to the end, and I don't consider it done until you're happy with it.
